Globe GG15G 15" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Convertible

The Globe GG15G gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate that heats up slowly and retains heat for extended periods, making it good for back-to-back orders. To enhance the unit's strength, the plate is welded to the front panel and frame. Its 30,000-BTU U-shaped burner is heated by natural gas and can be converted to LP gas with the included kit. A flame implemented every 6 inches of griddle width can be adjusted from the front panel. Users can manage the heat level by operating strong metal knobs located on the front of the unit.

With its 200- to 575-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range, the Globe GG15G commercial gas griddle can cook meats, vegetables, pancakes, and eggs. It starts with a piezo ignition and its double-wall front and side construction is insulated to keep the surface hot. The front edge is cool to the touch to avoid accidental injuries. For easy cleanup, it has 3.5-inch tapered splash guards, a 4-inch grease trough, and a removable crumb tray.
