The Groen DH-20C features a stainless steel construction for durability in commercial kitchens. A floor-mounted control console promotes stability, while bullet feet provide secure placement. Its Classic electronic controls include a power switch with an indicator light, a temperature control knob with 1 to 10 increments, and heating and low water warning lights. Built-in safety mechanisms include a pressure-vacuum gauge, a pressure relief valve, a pressure limit control, and a water sight glass, along with a low-water cutoff, a gas regulator valve, and an automatic gas shutoff when the kettle tilts.
