The Groen DH-40A features advanced electronic controls with a digital display, a 1-minute to 10-hour timer, and low (2) and high (7) preset intensities with manual adjustment capabilities. The power switch includes an indicator light, while the heating and low water warning lights provide real-time feedback. The electronic ignition system uses a standing pilot for consistent startup, delivering a 100,000 BTU per hour firing rate, with 65,000 BTU per hour directed into the product. Safety components include a pressure-vacuum gauge, a pressure relief valve, a pressure limit control, and a water sight glass, along with a low-water cutoff, a gas regulator valve, and an automatic gas shutoff when the kettle tilts.
