Groen HY-6SG-24 (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Cabinet, Natural Gas

The Groen HY-6SG-24 HyPlus™ gas steamer has a pressure boiler in the cabinet base to generate atmospheric steam at 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and this steam is evenly circulated in the two compartments and between the steam pans by powerful blowers. Pans measuring 12-inches by 20-inches are accommodated by this unit, and these pans can be 1 inch, 2¹/₂ inches, or 4 inches deep. If they are 2¹/₂ inches deep, the unit can hold three in each compartment. Pan rack supports are made of durable stainless steel and can be removed to facilitate cleaning, while the door is field reversible to fit into different kitchens. Latches on the doors secure them, and seals prevent steam from leaking out.

On/off switches for the boiler and steaming simplify operation for this Groen HY-6SG-24 floor-model commercial steamer, and the timer can be set to any level below 60 minutes or turned off for continuous steaming. This food steamer has an automatic shut-off feature that turns off power if the water level is too low or pressure is too high, and after the boiler is turned off and the water cools, the unit automatically drains to remove sediment.
