Groen HY-6SG-36 (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Cabinet, Liquid Propane

The Groen HY-6SG-36 HyPlus™ pressureless steamer features two steamer compartments that hold three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans each. Made of durable stainless steel, the compartments feature removable side panels for accessing internal components. These compartments sit on a 36-inch-wide, stainless steel cabinet and top deck, while the base houses the gas-heated boiler and has a removable front panel for boiler access. Two field-reversible, stainless steel doors have easy-open handles and latches to ensure the doors remain closed.

The Groen HY-6SG-36 convection steamer's boiler creates an atmospheric steam temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit in the compartments. Sight glass on the boiler enables users to monitor the water levels, and a gas control valve enables adjustment of gas levels. Preventing damage to internal components, a sensor alerts users when water levels are getting too low. Once the unit is powered off and water has cooled to 170 degrees Fahrenheit, the boiler automatically drains.
