Designed with a power aid cover, the Groen PT-60 direct steam kettle improves efficiency by maintaining the cover in an open or closed position with a No. 51 counterbalanced actuator. Built with a pedestal base, this unit provides stability while allowing access for cleaning beneath the kettle. A 2-inch tangent draw-off valve simplifies dispensing, while the ¹/₄-inch perforated strainer helps prevent solid particles from exiting the kettle. Its 60-gallon capacity and ²/₃-jacketed construction facilitate even steam distribution for consistent cooking results.

The Groen PT-60 direct steam kettle features a stainless steel construction for durability in commercial environments. Designed to operate with steam pressures up to 25 PSI, this unit requires a remote steam source to function effectively in foodservice operations.
