Its 80-gallon capacity and 2/3-jacketed construction provide even steam distribution for consistent cooking. This unit is supported by a pedestal base, providing stability while allowing access for cleaning beneath the kettle. A power aid cover with a No. 51 counterbalanced actuator maintains the cover in an open or closed position to enhance efficiency.
The Groen PT-80 direct steam kettle is constructed of stainless steel for durability in commercial kitchens. The interior has a polished 180 emery grit finish, while the bright high buff exterior simplifies cleaning and maintains a professional appearance. Designed to operate with steam pressures up to 25 PSI, this unit requires a remote steam source for operation.
