The Groen TDH-20A tabletop tilting kettle has a 5-gallon capacity and operates with a gas-heated, self-contained steam source. Designed for efficiency, it uses a patented fin tube burner assembly with a 31,000 BTU firing rate to deliver even heat distribution. The ²/₃-jacketed design maintains temperatures between 150 and 295 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring consistent cooking performance. Its durable 304 stainless steel construction features a polished interior for easy cleaning, while the reinforced rim and oversized pouring lip provide durability and precise pouring control. The manual hand tilt mechanism allows for smooth product transfer, and a rear-mounted faucet bracket is included for added convenience.

Equipped with advanced electronic controls, the Groen TDH-20A tilting kettle includes a digital display, a timer adjustable from one minute to 10 hours, and low and high preset intensity settings with manual adjustment. These controls are housed in a water-resistant enclosure to protect against spills. Safety features include a tilt cut-off that automatically shuts off heat when tilted beyond 12 degrees, a pressure relief valve, a high-limit pressure switch, and a low-water cutoff. The gas supply also automatically shuts off when the unit is tilted.
