The Groen TDH-24A tabletop tilting kettle is designed for gas-powered cooking with a 6-gallon capacity. Constructed of durable 304 stainless steel, this unit features a reinforced rim and an oversized pouring lip for smooth, controlled product transfer. It operates with a self-contained steam source, reaching temperatures between 150 and 295 degrees Fahrenheit. The manual hand tilt mechanism ensures easy operation, and a rear-mounted faucet bracket adds convenience for filling and draining.

Equipped with advanced electronic controls, the Groen TDH-24A kettle includes a digital display, a one-minute to 10-hour timer, and low and high preset intensity settings with manual adjustments. These controls are housed in a water-resistant enclosure for protection against spills. Safety features include a tilt cut-off that stops heating when the unit is tilted beyond 12 degrees, a pressure relief valve, a high-limit pressure switch, and a low-water cutoff. The gas supply also automatically shuts off when the kettle is tilted, ensuring safe operation.
