The Groen TDH-24C tabletop tilting kettle provides a 6-gallon cooking capacity with a durable, gas-powered heating system. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, this unit ensures durability and easy cleaning. Its ²/₃-jacketed design distributes heat evenly, while the reinforced rim and oversized pouring lip assist with controlled product transfer. The self-contained steam source allows for cooking at temperatures ranging from 150 to 295 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed with classic electronic controls, the Groen TDH-24C kettle features an ON-OFF switch, a temperature control knob with one to 10 increments, a heating indicator light, and a low-water warning light. These controls are housed in a water-resistant enclosure to protect against spills and external damage. Safety features include a tilt cut-off that stops heating when the kettle tilts more than 12 degrees, a pressure relief valve, a high-limit pressure switch, and a low-water cutoff. The gas supply also shuts off automatically when the unit is tilted.
