The Groen TDH-48A gas-powered tilting kettle has a 12-gallon capacity and a ²/₃-jacketed design to ensure even heating. Built with a 304 stainless steel liner and exterior, this unit is durable and easy to clean. Its reinforced rim enhances structural strength, while the oversized pouring lip facilitates controlled product transfer. The unit operates with a self-contained steam source that heats between 150 and 295 degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for high-volume cooking applications.

For precise control, the Groen TDH-48A kettle features advanced electronic controls with a digital display and a timer that can be set between one minute and 10 hours. It offers two preset intensity levels€”low (2) and high (7)€”along with manual adjustment capability. Its water-resistant control enclosure protects integral components from spills, and safety features such as a tilt cut-off, pressure relief valve, and low-water cutoff ensure safe operation. The gas supply automatically shuts off when the unit is tilted beyond 12 degrees.
