Groen XS-208-12-3 (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, 208v/3ph

The Groen XS-208-12-3 Intek™ convection steamer accommodates six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans, but the racks also accommodate 1-, 4-, and 6-inch-deep pans. Because this steamer is connectionless, it does not require water or drain hookups, instead using a 3-gallon water reservoir to generate steam. This reservoir has to be manually filled with clean water daily. To reduce the need for deliming, the element that heats the reservoir is located outside of the steam cavity away from water. Steam is moved throughout the cavity by convection technology.

Turning this Groen XS-208-12-3 countertop steamer on and off is achieved through a two-position switch. On the control panel, indicator lights show when the unit is cooking, in standby mode, or needs water in the reservoir. Operators can track the steaming process on a 60-minute electromechanical timer. The door on this unit has two panels that keep heat inside the steam cavity, and if it is opened, the convection fan automatically turns off to protect users from burns.
