The Thunder Group STPA3121 steam table pan is designed for safe use in an oven, steam table, and dishwasher. It's durable 18/8 stainless steel construction is made to withstand frequent use, while its 24-gauge width is lightweight for simple transportation from kitchen to buffet. The pan can hold oven-baked casseroles or oven-roasted vegetables and be directly transferred to a steam table to keep warm. Once it needs to be removed, users can quickly do so because of its anti-jam rim. At half-size, it measures 10²/₅ inches long by 12⁴/₅ inches wide by 1¹/₄ inches deep.
