The Thunder Group STPA3121PF half-size pan measures 10²/₅ inches long by 12²/₅ inches wide by 1¹/₄ inches deep and features a perforated well floor. The perforations allow steam to rise up and make contact with the contained food and condensation to fall away, preventing excess moisture. The 18/8 stainless steel construction is durable and safe to clean in a dishwasher after use. Its 24-gauge body is lightweight, and its anti-jam rim allows quick removal.
