Thunder Group STPA3124PF Half Size Steam Pan, Perforated, Stainless - 6, (each)

The Thunder Group STPA3124PF steam pan is perforated to allow steam to rise into the pan and cook the contained food. Designed for use with foods that will not fall into the perforations, the pan is great for steam vegetables or keeping fried food warm without drying out. The 18/8 stainless steel construction is durable, corrosion resistant, and safe for oven placement. It can be cleaned in a commercial dishmachine for streamlined cleaning, while its anti-jam rim allows it to easily slot back into place once done. The pan measures 10²/₅ inches long by 12⁴/₅ inches wide by4 inches deep and features a lightweight 24-gauge thickness.
