Thunder Group STPA3126PF Half Size Steam Pan, Perforated, Stainless - 6, (each)

The Thunder Group STPA3126PF pan is designed to be placed in the top of a steam table as the perforations allow the steam below to rise and cook the contained vegetables or meats. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, the pan is designed to last and resist both damage and corrosion. Its 24-gauge design is lightweight for transport, while its anti-jamming edge allows for quick retrieval when needed. When emptied, this pan can be cleaned in a dishwasher, and at half size it measures 10²/₅ inches long by 12⁴/₅ inches wide by 5⁹/₁₀ inches deep.
