Thunder Group STPA3122L Half Size Long Steam Pan, Stainless - 12, (each)

The Thunder Group STPA3122L steam table pan is small and thin, measuring 6²/₅ inches long by 20⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 1¹/₄ inches deep. It's suited to holding small amounts of gravy or hot side dishes. Constructed of durable 18/8 stainless steel with a 24-gauge design, the pan is made to be used in an oven then transported to a steam table to keep the food warm. Easily removed because of its anti-jam design, the pan can be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher as needed.
