The Thunder Group STPA3124L steam table pan is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a 24-gauge thickness, ensuring a durable and corrosion-resistant design while remaining lightweight. The pan is designed to be oven safe and compatible with steam tables, with its anti-jam design ensuring simple retrieval when needed. As a half-size pan, it measures 6²/₅ inches long by 20⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 4 inches deep and is suited for keeping sauces or side dishes warm in a steam table. For convenience, the pan is dishwasher safe.
