With its rotating, four-tier circle rack, the Hatco FSDT-1 Flav-R-Savor® holding and display cabinet can help boost impulse purchases. Its tempered glass door and side panels retain heat while providing a direct view of displayed contents, and the cabinet's interior is highlighted with energy-efficient LED lighting. Compatible with countertop front-of-house use, this cabinet measures 22²¹/₅₀ inches wide by 24¹¹/₁₀₀ inches deep by 32²⁷/₅₀ inches high and features a large, field-reversible access door that can accept a 19-inch-diameter pizza pan.

By combining heat and humidity, the Hatco FSDT-1 table top hot food display preserves foods' original textures and ensures they're warm for serving. This holding system circulates moisture and heat evenly throughout for uniform results, and foods can be held for as long as 4 hours. Operators can adjust humidity and temperature using a humidity selector and a temperature selector, and its ³/₄-gallon stainless steel water reservoir can be replenished through the front-mounted water cup and drained through the interior-mounted drain tube. To prevent heating element damage, a low-water protection mechanism prevents the element from operating and alerts the user of low water levels.
