The Hatco FSHAC-3 countertop heated display case doesn't have a door, so it uses a heat curtain to effectively and safely heat food. This technology directs heat through ducts above the opening and guides heat through the unit's back perforations to ensure excellent air circulation for even warming. This case maintains temperatures between 80 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit. As a countertop unit, it's equipped with 4-inch legs and measures 20 inches wide by 22⁴¹/₅₀ inches deep by 30¹²/₂₅ inches high.

Made of stainless steel with a black powder-coat finish, the Hatco FSHAC-3 full-service display case is durable and resistant to peeling and chipping. Its open front lets users quickly grab product from one of the three tiers, which each accommodate one half-size sheet pan. The sheet pans are great for holding pizza, baked potatoes, and chicken, while wrapped product such as burritos and ribs can be placed on the unit's bare racks, as well.
