To supplement event venues or buffet lines, the Hatco GRBW-36 countertop buffet warmer measures 37 inches wide by 22¹/₂ inches deep by 20³/₄ inches high and sports a clear anodized aluminum finish that complements most interiors. Its three incandescent lights highlight the hard-coated base to enhance presentation, while their shatterproof design protects foods from bulb breakage. Buffet-style plexiglass sneeze guards protect displayed items from airborne particulates, and because they're clear, they provide a full view of the warmer.

This Hatco GRBW-36 buffet warmer generates ample heat to warm two 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch full-size food pans. A top-mounted metal-sheathed element uses prefocused infrared heat toward the base's outer edges, where most heat escapes. To accommodate changing holding requirements, the hard-coated base's thermostat can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. By combining top and bottom heat, this unit reduces cold spots that could affect food quality for even warming.
