Accommodating two full-size pans, the Hatco GRBW-36-120-QS Glo-Ray® buffet warmer keeps food at serving temperatures with a heated base and infrared top heating elements. Controlled thermostatically, the base operates from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Top heat keeps the outer edges, which are more susceptible to heat loss, warm. To brighten the holding areas and enhance the product display, the Hatco GRBW-36-120-QS Glo-Ray buffet warmer has incandescent lights, while sneeze guards protect the food from contaminants.
