As menus change, operators can adjust the thermostatically controlled hard-coat heated base from 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its prefocused infrared top-mounted heating system directs air toward the holding surface's outer edges to prevent heat loss, and by generating consistent top and bottom heat, this unit reduces cold spots and creates an ideal warming station for short-term holding.

The Hatco GRBW-42 countertop buffet warmer measures 43 inches wide by 22¹/₂ inches deep by 20³/₄ inches high for countertop or tabletop placement. This supplemental unit's bright, shatterproof incandescent lights grab customer attention and enhance food presentation alongside other food displays.
