To enhance product displays in hotel lobbies, university cafeterias, and other self-serve settings, the Hatco GRBW-66 buffet warmer is equipped with five incandescent lights; the lights have coated, shatter-resistant bulbs to reduce break risks. For additional visibility while shielding food from contaminants, it's equipped with plexiglass sneeze guards, and this unit is elevated on 4-inch legs so employees can comfortably clean the surface beneath it.

The Hatco GRBW-66 buffet warmer is a countertop model measuring 67 inches wide by 22¹/₂ inches deep by 20³/₄ inches high. To minimize temperature loss around the outer edges, it utilizes prefocused infrared top heat. The heated base is thermostatically controlled; operators can modify these levels between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To accommodate several menu items, this unit can hold five 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch food pans.
