The Hatco GRCDH-1PD countertop heated display case operates using both heat and humidity controls. The relative humidity range can be adjusted from 10 to 30 percent to keep moist foods fresh. Food is kept warm with a heated base as well as infrared heating elements at the top of the cabinet. With thermostatic controls, the unit's base temperature can be adjusted from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the infrared elements guide heat to the outer edges to eliminate cold spots.

For countertop use, the Hatco GRCDH-1PD full-service heated display case measures 20⁵/₈ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 31³/₄ inches high. It's equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs for installation on uneven surfaces without wobbling or rocking. The unit's two shelves can each hold one pan to display main courses, side items, and desserts. For maximum visibility, it's built with glass panels and illuminated with incandescent lights.
