To prevent heat loss, the Hatco GRCDH-2PD Glo-Ray® heated display case has two thermostatically controlled shelves and an infrared heater on top. While rays from the infrared heater are directed to the shelf edges, where air is the coldest, the base provides a constant, controlled level of heat. A water reservoir enables users to keep pastries moist, and the humidity controls can change the humidity level anywhere from 10 to 30 percent. Incandescent lighting in this Hatco GRCDH-2PD countertop display case shows off product. Customers can see product through the front and sides, and the case has a curved, elegant front. When cleaning the unit, users can lift the front glass panel and wipe down the stainless steel housing.
