The Hatco GRCDH-3P full-service countertop heated display case is built with a stainless steel interior to resist rust and corrosion and tempered glass panels that promote visibility. The interior can be wiped clean with ease, while the front panel tilts to improve access. This unit's single shelf can accommodate three pans with a usable space of 43 inches wide by 21 inches deep. The 45⁵³/₁₀₀-inch-wide by 26-inch-deep by 24-inch-high structure fits on a countertop to showcase fresh product.

The infrared heating elements in the Hatco GRCDH-3P heated display cabinet guide heat to the outer edges to prevent temperature loss. Product is also kept warm with a heated base, which is adjustable from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For moist foods, this unit is equipped with humidity control and has a relative humidity range of 10 to 30 percent. For stability, it's built with 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces.
