The Hatco GRFHS-PT16 countertop fry holding station keeps fries fresh and crispy until serving by utilizing ceramic heating elements and a pre-set heated base that's adjustable with thermostatic controls. As a pass-thru unit, it's accessible from either side and fits on a countertop with its 21.58-inch-wide by 23.95-inch-deep by 24.88-inch-high size.

With a bottom trivet, the Hatco GRFHS-PT16 fry holding station lifts food from the bottom to reduce moisture buildup and comes with a sectional divider that keeps different product types held separately. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. This unit also includes incandescent lights that illuminate product to improve visibility.
