Equipped with a sectional divider, the Hatco GRFHS-PTT21 portable fry holding station keeps differing food types apart. Its tunnel design is opened on both sides to facilitate fry retrieval. Made of stainless steel, it's resistant to rust and corrosion and resilient to handle rigorous use. To ensure food remains fresh and crispy, it utilizes ceramic heating elements and a thermostatically controlled, pre-set heated base.

The Hatco GRFHS-PTT21 tunnel fry holding station is fitted with incandescent lights to improve visibility. Sized for countertops, it measures 22⁵/₈ inches wide by 38 inches deep by 22⁵/₈ inches high. Its attached scoop holder accommodates a scoop (sold separately) for sanitary product retrieval. It's built with a bottom trivet that lifts food to provide airflow, effectively reducing moisture build up.
