Shatter-resistant incandescent lights illuminate its interior while protecting displayed foods from bulb breakage. To create a cafeteria-style station, employees can insert and remove foods by opening the unit's rear sliding glass doors. Its stainless steel and aluminum construction complements most settings, and these rust-resistant surfaces are simple to wipe clean. Overall, this single-shelf case measures 32¹/₂ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 25 inches high and is mounted on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to prevent wobbling.

This Hatco GRDH-2P countertop heated display case uses an infrared heat pattern and heated shelf base to ensure displayed foods are warm when purchased. A top-mounted, pre-focused infrared heating element directs heat to the shelf's outer edge€”where most heat escapes€”to avoid heat loss and cold spots. Operators can adjust the base's temperature from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostat to create an optimal holding environment. Despite the case's high interior temperatures, its base's cool construction minimizes heat transfer so its exterior remains cool.
