The Hatco GRHD-3P Glo-Ray® heated display case holds pastries and snacks on two heated levels, each of which has its own thermostatic controls to ensure accurate temperatures in each area. From the top, infrared rays heat food on the edges and keep it warm throughout. Incandescent lights draw customer attention towards the display, while tempered glass provides customers with a clear food view from any angle. As people get close, the base exterior stays cool to the touch, preventing customers from burning themselves. When consumers make a decision, operators can retrieve food through the rear sliding doors, and to withstand commercial use, this unit has shatter-resistant bulbs and sturdy metal-sheathed elements.
