Hatco GRHD-4P 58 1/2" Full Service Countertop Heated Display Case - (1) Shelf, 120v

The Hatco GRHD-4P countertop heated display case has one shelf for storing four full-size food pans, with extra storage provided on the cabinet floor. It is made of transparent glass and lit by incandescent lights, providing optimal visibility for customers without opening doors. When customers select an item, food can be removed using the sliding glass back, which also enables product loading and unloading. The lightbulbs are shatter-resistant, reducing the risk of glass breaking and getting into the pans.

The metal-sheathed element in the Hatco GRHD-4P full-service display case heats product from above while the thermostatic controls heat the interior base, so food is kept at uniform temperatures. It uses infrared top heat, directing hot air to the outer edges of the unit to prevent heat from escaping the cabinet. The exterior base stays cool so users won't burn themselves as temperatures are maintained within.
