The Hatco GRS-18-J warming shelf is a freestanding model measuring 18 inches wide by 21¹/₂ inches deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀ inches high, and it's equipped with 1-inch nonslip rubber feet for stability in a serving line or on a countertop. For various holding requirements, it has a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit that operators can adjust using precise thermostatic controls.

The Hatco GRS-18-J heated shelf's top is made of stainless steel to streamline cleaning, provide corrosion resistance, and withstand rigorous use. Its base is extruded aluminum for additional strength and corrosion resistance, and for uniform temperature distribution, it features a blanket-type heating element. Built-in fiberglass insulation helps preserve heat and optimize efficiency.
