The fiberglass insulation keeps the heat at the holding surface while a built-in adjustable thermostat controls the surface temperature. The rocker switch of this 24" heated shelf has an indicator light and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 140-180 degrees. The surface mounted blanket type elements of this 24" free standing heated shelf distribute heat beneath the entire stainless steel surface. The thermostatically controlled heated base extends the holding times of most foods, saving you money and time!
