Freestanding and portable, the Hatco GRS-30-C Glo-Ray® countertop heated shelf can be implemented into self-service stations, buffet lines, and pass-thru areas. This 30-inch-wide by 9³/₄-inch-deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀-inch-high unit is simple to move for cleaning and maintenance, while its rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant stainless steel surface retains its original look throughout daily use for front-of-house applications. To prevent inadvertent adjustment as food pans are loaded or retrieved, its extruded aluminum base is secured to 1-inch nonslip rubber feet that aid in stabilization.

Operators can adjust the surface temperature of the Hatco GRS-30-C heated shelf from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the built-in thermostatic control, so the unit can be adapted as holding needs change. A blanket-style heating element warms the unit's surface evenly, while fiberglass insulation preserves surface heat to prevent temperature changes and energy loss. Users can quickly turn this unit on or off with its operator-facing power switch that glows when the surface is hot.
