With its 30-inch-wide by 13³/₄-inch-deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀-inch-high structure, the Hatco GRS-30-E Glo-Ray® heated shelf can be used as a standalone heated work shelf or incorporated into pass-thru station and buffet lines. Its rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel surface maintains its original appears through high-volume use, while its extruded aluminum base is attached to nonslip rubber feet that secure the unit in place to prevent inadvertent adjustments.

As warming requirements change, this Hatco GRS-30-E portable heated shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent cold spots, the blanket-type heating element disperses heat evenly across the shelf's surface, maintaining set temperatures for short periods. Built-in fiberglass insulation maintains surface heat to minimize energy loss and ensure foods remain at safe serving temperatures. Its on/off switch illuminates when it's in use so users can monitor the power status.
