Insulation is integrated into the unit, keeping heat around the stainless steel top surface, while the rest of the unit is made of extruded aluminum€”a durable material that resists corrosion. Elevated off countertops, this unit has adjustable legs with nonslip feet to reduce movement while food is on the shelf.
