Hatco GRS-36-H 36"W Countertop Warming Shelf w/ 2 Warmer(s), Thermostatic Controls

With its freestanding 36-inch-wide by 17¹/₂-inch-deep by 5³/₈-inch-tall design, this Hatco GRS-36-H Glo-Ray® heated shelf can be incorporated into buffet lines, pass-thru stations, or self-service areas. Food pans and to-go orders can be placed on its durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel top, while its extruded aluminum base is fitted with 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that secure it in place.

The Hatco GRS-36-H warming shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted to a set point between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure prepared foods are held at safe serving temperatures. A blanket-type foil heating element generates uniform surface heat that's great for short-term holding. To minimize temperature fluctuations, integrated fiberglass insulation preserves heat near the surface. Operators can quickly turn this unit on or off with the power switch, which glows when the unit is in use so operates can quickly determine the power status.
