This Hatco GRS-60-J Glo-Ray® heated shelf can be used in the front or back of the house, fitting into buffet serving lines or pass-thru work areas. Even though the warming surface is 60 inches wide and 211/2 inches deep, it maintains an even heat pattern across the entire surface with a blanket-type element. The operator can adjust the temperature on the thermostat, reaching an ideal level for specific products. Insulated with fiberglass, the shelf maintains the set temperature by retaining heat.
