Because it is accessible from both sides, the Hatco GRS-66-B Glo-Ray® heated shelf can be used in pass-thru areas in the back of house or buffet lines in the front of house. Its 66-inch-long surface stays warm evenly by using a blanket-style heating element that prevents cold spots. Fiberglass insulation increases the heating efficiency of the top, so it requires less energy to maintain the temperature. To accommodate various foods, this unit is controlled thermostatically and has an adjustable temperature level. Its durable, stainless steel and aluminum construction is suitable for commercial use and its rubber feet prevent slipping on counters.
