The Hatco GRS-66-C Glo-Ray® heated shelf measures 66 inches wide and 9³/₄ inches deep. It can hold many foods side-by-side, whether in a buffet line or pass-thru area. To reduce hot spots, the heating element has a blanket design, and the thermostatic controls regulate the temperature. Fiberglass insulation retains heat in the top, so the surface loses heat to the outside slowly. For simple cleaning, the smooth top is constructed of stainless steel, which can be wiped clean, and the base is made of extruded aluminum for durability. Adjustable legs lift the unit off the counter, while rubber feet hold it firmly in place.
