With an aluminum base and stainless steel top, the Hatco GRS-66-L Glo-Ray® heated shelf is durable for commercial use. Its large, 66-inch-long warming surface is accessible from any side and is suited for buffet lines or pass-thru areas in busy kitchens. For accuracy and flexibility, the temperature level can be adjusted based on the product it holds and, to reduce unwanted temperature changes, fiberglass insulates the base and holds heat around the top. The flat, stainless steel warming surface can be wiped clean quickly and, for safety, rubber feet keep it stationary on surfaces.
