To optimize performance and efficiency, the Hatco GRS-72-I warming shelf features a blanket-type heating element that distributes warm temperatures uniformly, while fiberglass insulation preserves those temperatures. To accommodate various holding requirements and maintain food quality, it has a temperature range from 80 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can modify these heat levels using precise thermostatic controls.

The Hatco GRS-72-I shelf warmer's stainless steel top and extruded aluminum base provide strength and corrosion resistance through high-volume use in buffet lines, back-of-house workstations, and cafeteria settings. To secure the unit on a countertop as well as ease cleaning beneath it, it's furnished with 4-inch nonslip rubber legs. Overall, it measures 72 inches wide by 19¹/₂ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high.
