The Hatco GRS2G-3920-3 Glo-Ray 2-Go self-serve heated holding shelves can be used to set up a carry-out and delivery station in pizzerias and Italian restaurants. Keeping pizza and other food warm for 30 minutes after it's prepared, it has three levels of heated shelving. To accommodate stacks of boxes and tall take-out bags, each shelf has a 13-inch clearance. So the operator can adjust the temperature and time setting separately, the shelves have individual controls. It has a touchscreen control panel and digital readout.

Measuring 6 inches tall, the legs on this Hatco GRS2G-3920-3 Glo-Ray 2-Go™ heated holding shelf keep the unit elevated off the ground. They adjust to stabilize on uneven floors and have flanged feet that can be bolted to the ground. So the operator can secure it and prevent tipping, a wall mounting bracket is included.
