The Hatco GRSDH Glo-Ray® self-service countertop heated display shelf safely holds hot boxed or wrapped product at proper serving temperatures. The thermostatically-controlled, hard-coated heated base and the pre-focused, infrared top heat provide maximal holding times. This display shelf combines kitchen-to-server holding efficiency with self-serve convenience. To combat heat loss, the infrared top heat is directed to the shelf's outer edges and the heated base's temperature ranges from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Incandescent lights designed for shatter resistance safeguard the product from bulb breakage while enhancing the overall display.
