By using pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled heated base, the Hatco GRSDS-52 Glo-Ray® slant merchandising display warmer ensures wrapped or boxed foods are held at safe serving temperatures. The top-mounted heater directs heat toward the shelf's outer edge, where most heat escapes. To accommodate various holding requirements, a thermostat can be used to adjust the hard-coated aluminum base from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, the heated shelf measures 50¹/₂ inches wide by 21 inches deep and includes 10 adjustable product divider rods to organize items.
