To accommodate one full-size pan, the Hatco HWBI-FULD drop-in hot food well measures 13¹⁷/₂₅ inches wide by 21¹⁹/₂₅ inches deep by 10¹³/₅₀ inches high. It can be top or bottom mounted and includes EZ locking hardware to facilitate speedy installation. Because it's fully insulated, it retains warm air to keep product fresh while reducing energy loss.

The Hatco HWBI-FULD hot food well's temperature is adjustable with a remote thermostat and includes a separate power switch to turn it on and off. A drain in the well helps remove water to streamline cleaning after use. Made of stainless steel and aluminized steel, this unit is durable enough to endure heavy-duty use, and it won't corrode when exposed to chemicals.
