Fast-action ribbon elements heat to the set temperature in less than 10 seconds to prevent operational lags. Operators can monitor and adjust temperatures with the LCD display, which displays each zone's settings.

LED lighting built above each shelf in the Hatco HZMH-24D heated zone merchandiser highlights products for optimal visibility, and hinged side glass panels ensure customers have a full view of the cabinet.
