Constructed of durable stainless steel, the Hatco IWB-S1 cold well measures 27³/₅₀ inches wide by 18⁴⁷/₅₀ inches deep by 12 inches high. Its slim, drop-in design is great for event halls and catering centers and requires a minimum countertop cutout of 25¹¹/₅₀ inches wide by 17³/₅₀ inches deep or a maximum cutout of 26³/₅₀ inches wide by 17⁴⁷/₅₀ inches deep.

For low-volume service, the Hatco IWB-S1 cold well unit has a 1-pan capacity, and to stabilize the integrated containers, its walls are beveled. Ice cooled, this unit is a great option for sustainable eateries and spaces without electrical hookups. To maintain safe serving temperatures and reduce ice replacement frequency, its walls and base are insulated; to simplify cleaning after use it features a 1-inch-diameter brass drain and debris screen.
