Each drawer includes independent temperature controls to accommodate specific holding requirements, and operators can modify each drawer's temperatures between 140 and 270 degrees Fahrenheit using the programmable controls. Digital displays provide a clear temperature readout so users can ensure products are held at the appropriate temperature.

Each drawer in the Henny Penny MPC22.05 multipurpose holding cabinet includes a high-temperature thermoplastic drawer pan; for controlled product insertion and removal, its easy-grip handle fits comfortably in operators' hands. Designed to be stacked with other cabinets or placed beside other warming drawers, this unit measures 14.75 inches wide by 17.25 inches deep by 8.38 inches high. Its welded stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion over time and is simple to wipe clean.
